ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture visits consist of a comprehensive assessment and diagnosis based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. Visits include acupuncture, infrared therapy, nutritional counseling, vitamin and herbal recommendations, manual therapy techniques such as cupping, tuina, massage, or neuromuscular release techniques and exercise recommendations.
MANUAL THERAPY

Following your acupuncture session, you may opt to include manual therapy. Our doctor combines deep tissue, tuina (Chinese bodywork), sotai (Japanese neuromuscular release technique), and shiatsu for a unique addition to your treatment to help your body heal. This service is unavailable without acupuncture and must be combined with a treatment.
CUPPING THERAPY

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of complementary medicine in which our trained professionals put special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Cupping is one of the oldest and most effective method of releasing toxins from body tissue and organs and is often used to reduce pain and inflammation, increase blood flow, improve digestion, and create improved relaxation and well-being. (Cupping can be included with massage therapies or with acupuncture and does not need to be booked separately.)
HERBAL MEDICINE

Herbal medicine, also known as herbalism or botanical medicine is a method of treating health-related issues, based on the use of plants or plant extracts that may be eaten or applied to the skin.
Herbal remedies are well rooted in medical practice. Herbal remedies can come in the form of extracts, tinctures, capsules and tablets, as well as teas, may be recommended by our healthcare professionals. Herbal medicine has been used to treat or alleviate virtually every possible medical condition.
